Award winning singer, songwriter, and actress Alicia Keys is bringing her talents back to NBC’S ‘The Voice.’ This will mark Keys third go around as being a Judge on the hit show. Sitting alongside her will be veteran judges Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson.

The entire NBC family is excited for Keys grand return to the judging chair. “We are thrilled to welcome back Alicia’s positive energy, competitive spirit and sheer talent. She brings unparalleled expertise and has proven she knows how to help artists win,” said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Reality Group, NBC Entertainment. Many viewers rave about the awesome chemistry the judges have and thousands of fans are anticipating the return of Alicia’s exuberant personality.

When Keys last was a host on the show in season 12, her artist Chris Blue was named “The Voice.” Her coaching strategies and background of the music industry was a key component in leading her artist to victory. As a coach Keys takes her time with her artist and make sure she carefully enhances their skills instead of trying to change them.

Furthermore, passion has been an overall theme that consistently contributed to the show’s success since the first episode in 2011. The healthy competition between the judges make them work harder to be the best mentors and help the artist experience the intensity of the music industry.

Since making the announcement about Alicia’s big come back, NBC has been getting a lot of buzz from viewers anticipating the season premier. Keys is hyped to return as she is coming back to defend her crown. Therefore, the upcoming season will be one to remember. With an all-star lineup of celebrity coaches, contestant’s better be ready to give there all as they fight week to week to be crowned “The Voice.”
