With virtually no warning to the public, military were seen conducting urban warfare exercises first in downtown LA on Feb. 4th, then in Salt Lake City on Feb. 10th. Both operations either directly involved or were conducted right next to Wells Fargo buildings.
Coincidentally Wells Fargo experienced 2 outages, one on Feb 1st, then again on Feb. 7th and 8th.
Wells Fargo blamed the second issue on a “fire suppression” system that accidentally activated at their data center in Minnesota, though the fire department near the center told CNBC there was no fire.
Wells Fargo wanted to make it clear, that the outage was “not due to any cybersecurity event.” Interesting they felt the need to point that out.
Though they claimed to have fixed the problem, they did say in a news release that there “may continue to be delays in mobile and online banking as customers check their balances.”
Military Operations in LA
Feb. 4th: Thousands of frightened Los Angeles residents awoke to the sound of low-flying helicopters, gunfire, and explosions.
Notice that the troops in the below video are carrying something out of the Guatemalan House of Culture, which I’ll explain later on. Many speculate they are wearing hazmat suits. Right next to it is Wells Fargo.
After the operation began – what is now being called Emerald Warrior/Trident, the Army then fed the media their cover story.
“The local terrain and training facilities in Los Angeles provide the Army with unique locations and simulates urban environments the service members may encounter when deployed overseas,” the Army told CBS.
The Army then informed the media it will be conducting “training exercises” across the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area until Saturday.
The “training exercise” seen on Monday involved a fleet of Boeing A/MH-6M Little Bird and Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, as well as a Navy P-8 Poseidon known for its anti-submarine, anti-surface warfare, equipped with electronic surveillance systems capable of classifying and geolocating enemy emissions, such as those from air defense systems and enemy communications nodes.
The helicopters seen are utilized by 160th Special Air Operations Regiment (SOAR) forces—who are known as the world famous Night Stalkers. The operators were likely Army Delta Force (5th FG Green Berets).
So why were special forces conducting unannounced operations and what did they extract that required hazmat suits?
One of the buildings the Night Stalkers were seen going in is known as the Guatemalan House of Culture, a building set to be demolished next month. Owned by Thomas V Girardi and leased by Eduardo G Sanchez. Both are attorneys who have an extensive array of investments including law firms, casinos, pharmaceuticals, labs, and cold storage.
Girardi investments have been suspected of being connected to human trafficking, MK Ultra, organ harvesting, genetic modification, cloning, etc. Girardi is also the lawyer for Allison Mack and Keith Raniere, both involved in sex cult allegations within the NXIVM group.
A confidential source claims that the Long Beach operations were the actual training exercises and were meant to be the distraction, while the Guatemalan House of Culture extraction was the real operation and was never meant to be filmed. This source claims the unit caught in the above video is private military unit controlled by the US President. The Guatemalan House of Culture was due for demolition and whatever was carried out was biological in nature.
While the Long Beach operations, according to the above source, may have been a distraction, ABC7 reported on Feb. 7 that federal agents seized more than 1.7 tons of drugs stashed inside audio speakers that were being shipped from Long Beach to Australia – the same day as the second Wells Fargo outage began.

Military Operations in Salt Lake City
Once again, after the operation began, the Army informed local media this was just a training exercise involving the Utah National Guard in preparation for Exercise Desert Ice: a multi-service and multinational training event designed to fortify the country’s security against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, according to a Sunday morning press release from the Utah National Guard.
This training exercise involved multiple landings by 2 UH-60 Black Hawks and a UHG-72 Lakota helicopter on the Wells Fargo Center.
What is unknown is whether troops entered the building and whether or not anything was extracted.
Could it be a coincidence that both the LA and SLC military operations either directly involved or were within the vicinity of Wells Fargo buildings – all occurring during the same time frame they began to experience outages?B
Could these exercises also be related to the huge chaff clouds being caught on radar over Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, and Florida? Are there other “training” exercises being conducted and do they involve Wells Fargo buildings?
