Ice cream makers Häagen-Dazs have been creating new taste experiences for dessert lovers since 1960, when the company was founded by Reuben Mattus. Sometimes the simplest of flavors are created into something extraordinary with a bit of imagination and the finest ingredients.

Globally, Häagen-Dazs offers more than 65 flavors of ice cream, sorbet, bars and non-dairy frozen desserts.

The new spirits collection that is currently being released across the US consists of 7 boozy flavours.

Four of the collection are whiskey based alongside one rum, one amaretto and a stout.

Taking indulgence to a new level, finely crafted spirits and stout have been infused and swirled into the luxurious ice cream.

The Spirits Collection was expertly crafted to offer new, extraordinary ways to indulge. Each flavor is perfect to pair with your favorite cocktail, elevate a boozy float or simply enjoy on its own.”

The collection is already in some US stores and will be fully available from April 2019. From March a selection will also be available in a cup, cone, sundae or premium milkshake across Häagen-Dazs stores and as each one contains less than 0.5% alcohol they can be enjoyed any time.

The whiskey flavours include Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, a creamy vanilla ice cream studded with chocolate truffles and a spicy bourbon swirl. Bourbon Praline Pecan is smooth bourbon ice cream, brown sugar bourbon swirls and crunchy pecans. Irish Cream Brownie is rich Irish Cream infused ice cream folded with chocolate brownie pieces and a fudge swirl. Irish Cream Cookie Squares are chocolate cookie with Irish Cream infused ice cream, dipped in rich dark chocolate.

Others are Rum Tres Leches, inspired by Latin America this smooth white rum infused ice cream contains chunks of tres leches cake. The Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee is non-dairy, black cherry jam and almond toffee pieces in Amaretto infused frozen dessert.

Finally, pub inspired Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch contains Stout infused chocolate ice cream with flavors of toasted malt, chocolaty covered pretzels and fudge swirls.
