Jeez.  I hope nobody took my betting recommendations this weekend.  0-3.  I am a less wealthy man than I was on Friday, and I really hope nobody bet his or her life savings on Oklahoma State -9.  Although all three teams won, not one covered.  I own up to my bad advice, and I hope that this week I will help you win your money back.

Here are my picks for this week:

Louisville -4.5 @ NC State
Stanford -6.5 @ Utah
Texas -4 vs Kansas St

As far as fantasy goes, here are a few pickups to consider:

3: WR Devin Funchess, Carolina – Funchess caught seven of nine balls for 70 yards and two touchdowns against the Patriots this weekend.  After getting ten targets last week, it’s looking like Cam is starting to see Funchess as one of his top receivers.

2: RB Latavius Murray, Minnesota – Dalvin Cook is done for the year, and Minnesota likes to run the ball.  Despite Jerrick McKinnon likely getting a solid chunk of the snaps (especially on passing downs), Murray is likely to get a solid workload and goal line touches.

1: Seattle running backs – While it is not yet clear who will be the top back in Seattle, someone will have to fill in for Chris Carson.  Pete Carroll seemed to hint Monday that Thomas Rawls will get the lead job, but Eddie Lacy led the team this weekend with 11 carries for 52 yards. J. D. McKissic had four runs for 38 yards and two touchdowns this weekend, and we can’t forget about C. J. Procise, who was looking nice last season before getting injured.  While this isn’t very specific, if you scoop up the right Seattle running back, you’re team’s backfield should be in pretty good shape.
