Harvey Weinstein estranged wife Georgina Chapman revealed new details about their divorce settlement. According to ENews, Georgina released a statement in October where she announced she was leaving her husband as he continues to face sexual harassment allegations. “My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions,” Georgina said in a statement to People, “I have chosen to leave my husband.” Harvey has continuously denied ever having non-consensual sex with anyone.

Furthermore, Georgina will also receive primary custody of their two children. The former couple, however, is still working out the details of the division of their marital assets. The couple agreed to their divorce in late December of 2017. However, no documents have been filed yet.

65-year-old Weinstein and 41-year-old Chapman had a prenuptial agreement in place; according to the document, Georgina was set to receive $300,000 annually in spousal support for their first nine years of marriage. After that, the number jumped to $400,000, the publication reports. She will also be entitled to a percentage of their marital assets, including their $15million West Village townhouse and a $12million Hamptons beach house.
