India is a land of diverse cultures and beings. But what binds us all together are our thoughts and beliefs. We are modern in outlook but at the core, we are all traditional. The body’s energy reserves are used to clean up the body internally.

Fasting is not just good for your body but also for your brain. Studies have proven that intermittent fasting puts minor pressure on the brain cells, but in a healthy manner. It boosts the production growth hormone which brings about tissue repair. Not only that but fasting also results in heightened mental clarity. It increases focus and improves memory.
Fasting is highly beneficial for a healthy mind and body. It is a no-fuss method that guarantees a happy life.
