One for three.  I should probably stop gambling at this point.  If we’re keeping tabs, I’m three for nine.  That is, admittedly, pretty bad.  You might want to start just taking the opposite of what I recommend.  That said, it’s a long season, and I will redeem myself and help you guys win some money.  Here are this week’s picks:

Michigan -7 @ Indiana
Illinois -2.5 vs Rutgers
Oklahoma -7.5 @ Texas

Bonus: Nebraska +24 vs Ohio State

Parlay it.  I’m really feeling it this week.

For fantasy pickups:

3. TE Ed Dickson, Carolina – Big Ed impressed this weekend with five receptions for 175 yards against the Lions.  That is the most receiving yards a tight end has this season, by far.  I can’t promise a gem this weekend against the Eagles, who typically excel at defending opposing tight ends, but I’d expect Cam to be looking his way plenty throughout the season.

2. RB Marlon Mack, Indianapolis – The Colts’ talented rookie runner rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown on just nine carries this weekend.  Frank Gore isn’t exactly a spry young runner anymore, so expect to see Mack’s role increase as the season progresses.

1. Jaguars D/ST – They picked off Ben Roethlisberger five times this weekend, and ran two back for touchdowns.  They had almost as good of a fantasy week the first week of the season.  CB Jalen Ramsey looks inhumanly good.  They should keep stifling opponents all year.
